Covenant Cabernet
Kosher. Big, intense and concentrated, with firm dried currant, anise, sage, cedar and dusty oak notes. The wood dominates on the finish now, putting a crimp on the ripe fruit flavors. Perhaps time in the bottle will work to its advantage.
