Shipping Policy



Shipping

When you order products from Hyde Park Gourmet Food & Wine you can be assured we will ship your merchandise with the utmost care. We use only the best shipping process to deliver products that arrive safely– right to your door!  Please check the information below to review our shipping policies.
Shipping Options UPS:

Next Day Next business day  We do not ship on a Friday unless requested.
   
Second Day 2 business days. 
   
Standard 1-10 business days

We strive to ship orders the same day they are placed, but in some instances orders may require 2 business days to ship. The shipping process for each location is as follows:
  • For ground shipping, orders placed by Friday at 11 a.m. Eastern Standard Time (EST) will ship that day.
  • For express shipping, orders placed by Wednesday at 11 a.m. EST will ship that day. Orders placed after that will ship the following Monday.
  • For overnight delivery orders placed by Thursday at 11 a.m. EST will ship that day. Orders placed after that will ship the following Monday.
  • Second Day delivery, please add $60.00*
  • Next Day delivery, please add $80.00*
  • Saturday delivery available in limited locations only.  Hand delivery available in the Cincinnati area for $15.00 per location.
  • For UPS zones outside the standard 2-3 day delivery or expedited shipping, additional charges may apply.  We will contact you if this is the case. Additional shipping charges may apply to several states including Florida and California. These additional charges will not show up in the shipping price.  We will contact you with pricing.

You must be 21 years of age or older to purchase wine and by purchasing wine, you acknowledge you meet this age requirement. All packages sent out  REQUIRE an adult signature upon delivery. It is highly recommended that you provide us with a business shipping address for best service. We are unable to refund any shipping charges if your package comes back to us because there was no adult to sign for the wine or the address is incorrect.

We guarantee delivery only to the address you provide. Shipments that you re-direct and shipments to incorrect or incomplete addresses cannot be guaranteed to deliver on time and may be subject to re-delivery charges if returned to us.  We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes.  Please consider delivery to work address for best service. 

Shipping Times
In-stock items are usually shipped the same day. Delays may occur due to weather, availability or other circumstances.  During summer months, we may hold shipments to your area due to extreme heat.

Saturday Delivery
This service is available in limited areas.  Please inquire.

Specify Future Shipment Date
If you would like to specify future shipping dates to reserve your selections now, you may choose a future date during check out or call our Customer Service at 513-533-4329 or info@hydeparkgourmet.com

Shipping Restrictions
We  ship in the continental United States where allowed by law and if delivery is available by our shipper.  We cannot deliver to PO Boxes.
Please check your State's wine shipping policies since  these laws are constantly changing.  We cannot ship to Texas, Kentucky and other states which prohibit shipments.
Orders to these states will be cancelled unless you can provide an alternate address.
All wine shipments require the signature of a person at least 21 years of age.

Pricing
Pricing is based on Ohio State Minimum Pricing.   Orders received for out of stock items will be cancelled.  We do not have rain checks.  Pricing on the website is applicable to orders placed on the website only.
