When you order products from Hyde Park Gourmet Food & Wine you can be assured we will ship your merchandise with the utmost care. We use only the best shipping process to deliver products that arrive safely– right to your door! Please check the information below to review our shipping policies.

We strive to ship orders the same day they are placed, but in some instances orders may require 2 business days to ship. The shipping process for each location is as follows:
- For ground shipping, orders placed by Friday at 11 a.m. Eastern Standard Time (EST) will ship that day.
- For express shipping, orders placed by Wednesday at 11 a.m. EST will ship that day. Orders placed after that will ship the following Monday.
- For overnight delivery orders placed by Thursday at 11 a.m. EST will ship that day. Orders placed after that will ship the following Monday.
- Second Day delivery, please add $25.00
- Next Day delivery, please add $40.00
- Saturday delivery available in limited locations only.
Delivery
We guarantee delivery only to the address you provide. Shipments that you re-direct and shipments to incorrect or incomplete addresses cannot be guaranteed to deliver on time. We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes. Please consider delivery to work address if no one is home to receive the shipment.
Shipping Times
In-stock items are usually shipped the same day. Delays may occur due to weather, availability or other circumstances.
Saturday Delivery
This service is available in limited areas.

Shipping Restrictions
We ship in the continental United States and cannot deliver to PO Boxes.
All wine shipments require the signature of a person at least 21 years of age.
