Terms of Service

Please find the details of our agreement with you as the customer, below.

General

Age

All customers affirm that they are at least 21 years of age. It is illegal for anyone under the age of 21 to attempt to purchase alcohol. We reserve the right to refuse to sell wine to anyone not of age. All shipments require ADULT SIGNATURE.

A street address at which an adult over 21 years of age or older is available during daytime hours to receive wine is required. We highly recommend shipping to a business address wherever possible. We cannot ship wine to a P.O. Box nor to an APO address nor can wine be shipped via the United States Postal Service.

Orders On Hold

We will hold orders for up to 60 days before shipping or until we can ship, weather permitting. This service is provided at no charge as a courtesy for our customers. Wine held remains the property of the buyer.

Pricing & Additional Fees

If you make an error in ordering, please contact us immediately. There is a 5% fee for any order cancelled if it has gone through our credit card processor. Sales tax is charged for all orders, even if shipped to storage facilities or picked up at our store. Sales tax is also charged for shipments to other states where such laws apply.

Prices and availability are subject to change without notice. All sales are final with the exception of corked or flawed bottles.

Returns

We accept returns of opened corked or flawed bottles within a 90-day return window. Please contact us and we will make arrangements for the return. Once the damaged bottles have been returned to us and evaluated, we will issue you a refund, credit or a replacement. We also reserve the right to be the final arbiter of what constitutes a flawed wine. We further cannot guarantee or accept return for any reason of bottles older than five years.

 

Gift Baskets

At times, products and containers may be temporarily out of stock.  We reserve the right to substitute products or containers with those of equal or greater value.
